From Asia to Africa, Europe to the Middle East, I explore the omnipresence of scent in cultures and traditions across the globe. By delving into the beliefs and rituals surrounding flowers, woods, and spices, I uncover the profound value and symbolism these ingredients hold.
Driven by a passion for exploration and insatiable curiosity, I organize my travels around the flowering and harvest seasons, visiting plantations, fields, woods, and gardens. Through these experiences, I not only document these ingredients but also immerse myself in the often-overlooked stories of the producers and pickers who bring these scents to life.
